Led by general superior Sr. Mary Joseph Ritter, the small but mighty women religious congregation of Sisters of Charity of Our Lady of Mercy in Charleston, South Carolina continues to do outstanding ministry in their mission field. The 14 sisters run the Charleston Neighborhood House, which provides many people each
